Rankin Realty is a new real estate company in Louisville, Kentucky. We were asked to develop an identity that is appropriate for the diverse clientele and markets they serve: from first-time buyers and sellers to relocations and customers downsizing. Luxury homes are a specialty, and the firm knows its way around both new construction as well as older homes. It was this dichotomy — the old and new coming together for many homes in the Louisville market — that inspired the design. We worked with the classic symbol of a key to the house and updated it with a modern take on the letter “R” which creates a distinctive mark that is proprietary and eye-catching.
