When a pair of real estate agents formed a partnership focused on the diverse and vibrant neighborhoods of San Francisco’s SoMa and South Beach districts, they were intent upon creating a modern and memorable brand identity for their business. To establish their area expertise and build name recognition for the 46º Properties brand, the partners committed to a direct mail campaign using oversized postcards. Our challenge was to design a flexible template to serve a variety of purposes: showcase a condo or loft for sale or just sold; track market trends, provide quarterly sales snapshots, and more. Our design is clean and modern, bold and fun. Bright backgrounds and easy-to-read charts and graphs make the information presented extremely accessible, while the consistency of the format ensures growing brand recognition. Interspersed throughout the mailing campaign are a number of cards designed to be especially “fridge-worthy,” listing local restaurants and neighborhood attractions. As a whole, it’s a system that’s not only highly impactful but also succeeds in reinventing a somewhat tired convention of the real estate industry.
